Job Description: Job Title Level 1 Incident Manager Location Birmingham Corporate Title Associate In Market Data Services Team, we are responsible for the Global Infrastructure that delivers Real-Time The Global Incident Management (GIM) function plays a crucial role in ensuring that service impacting Production IT Incidents are managed consistently and effectively, adhering to established processes and procedures. The primary objective is to restore production services swiftly and efficiently, minimising disruption to the business and mitigating any potential reputational, financial, or regulatory impacts. The Level 1 Incident Manager will form part of 24x7 Global Incident Management function via the ‘Follow the Sun principle and is responsible for ensuring that impacting and non-impacting Production IT Incidents are managed consistently and effectively, adhering to established processes and procedures.
