About the role

Using a team of in-house staff and external contractors we carry out a wide range of maintenance to the University estate. The range of tasks is extensive, including, statutory compliance maintenance, reactive maintenance and minor works in all areas of the University, please see role profile for further details.

What You Can Bring

Educated to GSCE or possess equivalent depth of experience in a comparable role.Extensive expertise in use of IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, databases.Experience of working with a CAFM system/Facilities experienceExperience working in a fast-paced high pressure customer facing environment.
