You will document processes, conduct end-user testing, and produce accurate data and project reports.
You will manage day-to-day activity within your team, support staff development, and work closely with colleagues and external suppliers to provide system training and ensure a smooth handover to business-as-usual operations—contributing to meaningful improvements for staff and students across the University.
This is a fixed-term contract for 2 years.
What you can bring: The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with timetabling or related administrative processes within higher education or a comparable environment.
