We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at JLR. This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence within the Trim Hall by analysing data to identify key issues and opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will also take ownership of producing presentations to benchmark and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across relevant teams.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Collect, organise, and analyse data from Trim Hall operations to uncover trends, issues, and actionable insights. • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics related to production, quality, and efficiency. • Provide support and assistance to identify bottlenecks within FA2 and FA3 and ensure that appropriate focus is put on understanding and fixing root cause • Provide assistance in data management best practices and governance, as required • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Previous experience of Data Analysis in Manufacturing • Previous experience and knowledge of various data management tools i.e. MS Excel, Tableau, SQL database querying • Excellent level of ability to structure, analyse/ interpret data • High level of IT literacy • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
