Key Considerations for Aspiring Candidates:

• Cognos Proficiency is Paramount: A strong understanding and extensive experience with the IBM Cognos Analytics suite, including Framework Manager, reporting, and dashboard capabilities, is essential.
• Data Warehousing & ETL Acumen: While direct ETL development might not be your primary focus, a solid knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is crucial for effective collaboration and design.
• Business Systems Understanding: Familiarity with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle P6, ARM, or Workday will be highly beneficial, as will strong general business acumen and customer focus.
