What You Will Achieve Together:
This position is pivotal to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines. You'll be instrumental in maintaining high system uptime and reliability of our assembly management systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing essential IT support for daily production operations across multiple sites.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues on production lines and ancillary equipment to minimize operational disruptions.
- Designing and implementing technical solutions, integrating hardware like RFID, scanners, and printers into our production environment.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on new product introductions and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyzing business requirements, implementing IT change requests, and presenting data to inform strategic decisions.
- Fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and mentorship, contributing to an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
What Makes You Successful:
To excel in this role, you will bring a strong technical foundation combined with practical manufacturing experience. We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A degree in an IT or software-related discipline.
- Proven experience in assembly manufacturing systems and digitisation/Industry 4.0 projects within a production setting.
- Proficiency in IT system troubleshooting and hardware integration into production lines.
- Experience with LabView (Level 3 preferred).
- Familiarity with AMS+ systems and Vaillant Group standards is a distinct advantage.
- A proactive, communicative, and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine enjoyment of mentoring others and contributing to collective team success.
- The ability to work effectively across departments and with international colleagues, fostering strong team spirit and shared achievements.
