Nursery Receptionist, Finance and Administration Officer

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and administrative support? If so then we are looking for you to join our excellent team at the University of Staffordshire Woodlands Day Nursery! We are looking for two additions to the team to play key roles in covering all aspects of Nursery Administration and reception duties. The nursery is located on our Leek Road Campus and is set by our University Nature Reserve, adjacent to woodlands, yet very close to the city centre, with excellent local public transport links and employee on-site parking.   

Summary of the role

In the role you will each be employed for 25 hours covering the nursery reception and responsible to manage administrative tasks, including parent communication, booking systems, and supporting maintenance of nursery occupancy levels. You will also handle all financial duties such as creating and issuing invoices, managing fee payments, raising purchase orders and receipting invoices. Additionally, you will support marketing efforts through events, social media, and promotional activities.
