This is a newly created role who is responsible for executing projects within the International Online remit such as launching new marketplaces and executing post purchase customer journey improvement. Responsible for executing International Online projects and initiatives. Establish structure and governance to ensure all stakeholders involved with the projects are clear of the scope, timeline, and their accountability to deliver. Ensure all projects are delivered by the timeline agreed and manage any risks and mitigation plans. Communicate project update to key and senior stakeholders on a regular basis. Run post project review to capture lessons learnt and improvements for future references. Responsible for operational and strategic activity planning across the dotcom team. Support Senior Digital Operations and Development Manager with online growth initiatives such as post. purchase customer experience improvement or marketplace expansion and launch. Responsible for putting together and managing the strategic roadmap for International Online team and provide cadence and governance to ensure the alignment and progress across the teams.Who you are
Proven Online Project Management experience within a similar role Flexibility to be able to pick up any ad hoc project, with strong self motivation & organisational skills. Prioritisation and workload management Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent stakeholder management, first class communication skills influencing both junior/senior colleagues and cross functional teams.
