Lead change management activity to embed new learning frameworks, processes and behaviours, partnering with leaders and managers to secure adoption. Conduct capability assessments and skills gap analysis to prioritise learning interventions and resources. Measure programme effectiveness using data, evaluation frameworks, feedback and performance outcomes; iterate programmes based on insights. Build strong stakeholder relationships across departments to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business priorities. Why you?⯠Basic Qualifications & Skills: Undergraduate degree (Bachelor level) or equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources, Psychology (Industrial/Organisational), Education/Adult Learning, Finance/Banking/Economics (industry background), or Communications/Marketing. Relevant L&D experience, including designing and delivering blended learning programmes and demonstrable change management experience; experience in regulated GMP environments preferred. Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills; excellent stakeholder management and influencing across all levels; programme/project management (including budgeting, vendor management); experience managing apprenticeship levy funds and regulatory compliance. Solid analytical capability for impact measurement and capability assessments; ability to design blended and digital learning solutions (e-learning, workshops, microlearning, coaching); excellent written and verbal communication.
