Job Title: P3M Specialist Professional - Process Lead Working Pattern: 37 hours days Working location: Derby Are you passionate about driving functional improvements and streamlining project management processes? We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Process Lead to join the Project Management Office (PMO). This is a key role where you’ll shape and lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of project management frameworks. As a Process Lead, you’ll work closely with project professionals, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to standardise methodologies, identify opportunities for optimisation and enhance reporting and governance structures. What you will be doing: You will Improve the project management processes plus interfacing systems and capabilities. Provide expert guidance to teams and able to coach and develop others in project management and maintaining that status by continuing professional development. Deliver training on the project management processes including spotlight sessions and masterclasses. Identify and solve problems for Project and Operational Teams relating to Project Management and Project Controls. Act as the Team Leader for the Project Management and Project Controls Team. Escalate the capabilities, competencies and training gaps needed by the wider project management community to support Project Management. Support to project management governance and assurance activities. Promotion of the general culture and professionalism of project management in the Business. Specialist functional technical experience e.g. planning, earned value management, risk management-using appropriate tools/systems. Able to communicate and articulate specialism in an easy and understandable manner. Exposure to wider project management processes and understanding of how the specialism influences and is integrated to the project/programme/portfolio.
