  • Fostering a positive and constructive team environment that encourages proactive client engagement and advice.
  • Leveraging the full expertise of the advice team, including Wealth Managers, Wealth Planners, Investment Advisors, Research & Investment Teams, and Mortgage Advisors.
  • Driving exceptional client service, with a particular emphasis on the on-boarding experience and swift resolution of concerns or complaints.
  • Ensuring optimal client coverage through effective client segmentation and assigning the right Wealth Manager to the right client.
  • Championing effective fact-finding to build deep client knowledge and foster an emotional connection to their financial aspirations.

  • Market Insight: Conduct thorough market research, staying ahead of market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various divisions and the Group, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of how your function integrates with broader business objectives.
  • Professional Growth: This role demands and fosters deep knowledge of industry theories and practices, coupled with up-to-date sector-specific and functional insight.
