PMO Manager (Innovation Lab)

The Project Manager Officer will be responsible for ensuring the success of the overall execution of several projects within the Citi Innovation Labs. The role requires the collaboration with multiple global partners, while closely monitoring the implementation of large-scale projects. The role requires an understanding and adherence to internal procedures and processes that are closely monitored within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Project Status Tracking on internal applications, which includes the project setup and maintenanceProject Milestone monitoring and trackingProject Risk and dependencies managementInteract with multiple interfaces globallyLiaising between Technology teamsProject Plan and status reportingManaging the end to end releases regulations and procedures

Experience & Qualifications

Proven Project management experience in a technology companyTechnical understanding of App development and terminologyPrevious work experience from a global company – advantageMS Office skillsExcellent English written and oral communication skillsA go-getter, works well independently, proactive and self-motivatedStrong sense of ownership and ability to deliverStrong ability to multi-task and to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks due to frequent change, delays, interruptions, and unexpected eventsBA in industrial engineering or equivalent
