As a Paid Media ExecutiveÂyou will support the Media team to analyse campaigns and tests in support of our acquisition strategy. You will join a high performing team who love to win, learn and celebrate. Your role will be to help understand campaign performance, deliver insightful reporting and support media managers in planning and optimising campaigns.

To support media managers in interrogating and understanding campaign performance across all media channels. Working with internal teams and external media agencies you will be......

Assisting in campaign analysis by working with external agencies and internal teams to construct and present key findings with actionable insightsResponsibility for maintaining central campaign spend tracking and maintaining dashboardsSupporting the test and learn programme to identify new possibilities and innovations for media evolution for the GK group.Working with agencies to provide the business key competitor and market info.Working closely with the broader digital team (including social, CRM, Web, and SEO) to ensure paid media plans are aligned.

What you’ll bring…Â

Previous experienceÂof working in cross-channel digital media role,Âwith a passion for measurement and dataFully fluent in digital metrics, with strong analytical skills and some previous experience in Google Analytics or similarÂSome hands-on platform experience in either Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Meta or similarSome experience in planning campaigns at either brand or performance ends of the funnelStrong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage complicated workloads, prioritise and meet deadlinesA good eye for detail, and highly numerate, with the ability to manipulate data and produce actionable insightsStrong PPT/similar skills to clearly and convincingly support and influence strategic debate
