We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Social Media Manager, to join our team at Jimmy Choo, based in our London Head Office. This role is focused on Paid Social and the ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of planning, activation and reporting on large scale paid advertising campaigns across all the major social channels globally. You’ll work within the Global Ecommerce Marketing team owning the day-to-day contact and delivery of Jimmy Choo business objectives for brand and commercial campaigns encompassing hands on planning, activation and reporting of social campaigns in partnership with our media agency. Your central goal is to grow the Paid Social strategy and capability in line with key KPI measures. You will help build our brand influence online; increasing brand & product awareness as well as driving engagement to ultimately recruit new customers both online and in our stores. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Working in partnership with our media agency to deliver a complete paid digital plan for all key campaigns and commercial stories Owning brand campaigns across all paid social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat Working within the regional and global Digital teams, you will execute our digital strategy as well as taking joint responsibility with Ecommerce for the delivery of our commercial campaigns ensuring maximum cross channel/campaign efficiencies Work with senior stakeholders to create new and innovative growth strategies to ultimately grow key recruitment metrics Establish and maintain key platform relationships to deliver strategic innovation KPIs across priority platforms Ability to identify new opportunities to test, learn and maximise performance Act as our paid social visionary with the ultimate goal to increase revenue and market share within these channels Manage budget and forecasting for the channels Regularly report on the performance and ongoing optimisation across the business Collaborate with and execute campaigns for our licencing partners Own the relationship with any third-party tools associated with executing, tracking or analysing paid social media campaigns Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to ensure strategies and creative are optimised for performance You will work with our internal teams to develop our technical digital capability and constantly improve our reach and engagement with new and existing consumers You’ll monitor new strategies and developments and keep up to date with industry research, audiences and innovation Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years relevant experience within paid social, either at brand or agency level A high degree of numeracy and literacy Enjoy working within a fast-paced environment Very confident with analytics tools (Google Analytics, channel Analytics) and a strong understanding of tracking and conversion optimization Experience with budget management for paid media campaigns Characteristics Required: Team player who takes initiative and can handle fast paced environment Positive attitude and enthusiasm for fashion and luxury Proactive, curious about new media and technologies — At Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
