The role As a People Centre Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Providing accurate, efficient and effective support to candidates joining the organisation, along with employees and line managers (customers) across all Babcock sites and for all stages of their contract and onboarding process.

Day-to-day, you’ll own and deliver on cases which cover Contracts and Onboarding.

Facilitating administration of employment contracts and the onboarding of new candidates Ensuring HR data is recorded accurately and is aligned to payroll deadlines Internal moves: Process contract changes for extensions, promotions, and intercompany transfers for current Babcock employees. External hires: Onboard new employees, provide outstanding customer service, and demonstrate Babcock values. Specialist recruitment: Support recruitment of executive hires, international candidates, early careers candidates and act as a subject matter expert in Contracts and Onboarding.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with two days onsite and three days working from home.

Essential experience of the People Centre Administrator:

Security Clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
