Job Title: Personal Assistant to Personal Care CHRO and CFO Location: 100VE Work-Level: WL1C JOB PURPOSE An opportunity to join the Personal Care business group as the PA supporting the Chief Human Resources Office and Chief Finance Officer. The PA plays a critical role in the team and enables the leaders to focus on what counts though effective diary and travel management and meeting prioritisation. The role will collaborate with the PA supporting the BG President in addition to the network of PAs across HR, Finance, and the BGs. We are looking for an experienced PA who makes winning personal. This role will require flexible working hours to support the senior leaders when travelling and working across different time-zones. RESPONSIBILITIES Complicated diary management â arrange global meetings across multiple time zones and with regular changes to agenda and timings. Screening, prioritizing, redirecting, and responding to e-mails as appropriate. This may include preparing general email correspondence and reports. Organising international and local travel, including itineraries, visa applications Co-ordinating local and international meetings on site or offsite, including country visits and LT meetings. This may include visitor management, catering, accommodation, events management etc. Preparation of materials for meetings as required. Processing expenses and invoices using relevant systems. Responding to queries and requests for information from ULE teams and key stakeholders Confident with MS tools and able to leverage tools and technology available, investing time to learn new systems and processes that can make things simpler. Location⯠In June 2020 we announced our plan to consolidate a number of Unilever offices across the South East of England into a new Unilever campus in Kingston-upon-Thames in or around early 2025. During consultation we will clarify the future location of each team and function. This means your role will either be based in 100VE until 2027 or in Kingston-Upon-Thames from early 2025.
