In this critical role, you will facilitate the smooth functioning of the University’s senior team by managing diaries, coordinating communications, and anticipating needs with discretion and precision.
You will conduct yourself with utmost professionalism: handling confidential information with integrity, balancing competing priorities, and making sound judgements on behalf of the Executive. This is a demanding role, but your proactive approach and calmness under pressure will enable you to make a real difference at the heart of the University.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external queries by MS Teams, email and in personManaging complex diary demandsAssisting with travel planning and itinerary managementDrafting standard correspondence and minuting meetingsCommissioning and overseeing the quality of briefing materialManaging financial transactions (e.g. processing expenses and purchasing)Organising documents and filesCoordinating visits and eventsWe’re looking for someone with:
