Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Design Coordination & Risk Management: Actively liaise with clients and leads to ensure design requirements are clearly defined and understood before design commencement. You will assess risks presented by designs and assign appropriate Temporary Works (TW) Design Categories, ensuring any residual risks are incorporated into the design brief.
- Compliance & Documentation: Uphold rigorous standards by ensuring adherence to legacy documentation and meticulously maintaining accurate records of drawings, calculations, and all Temporary Works design documents.
- Temporary Works Development: Contribute to the growth and development of Temporary Works disciplines, including the design of voids, openings, and scaffolding, to meet evolving operational demands.
- Design Verification & Communication: Facilitate essential design checks (CAT 2 and CAT 3) conducted by independent parties and effectively communicate designs to relevant external stakeholders.
- Execution Support: Provide crucial support to the execution team both before and during the erection of bespoke structures, ensuring the safe and effective implementation of designs.
