Role Overview
As a Port Services Coordinator, you will:
Manage invoices: Process daily invoices, check costs, and approve them. Coordinate with budget holders: Ensure tariffs and discounts are recorded correctly. Investigate cost differences: Compare forecasted and actual costs, and resolve any discrepancies. Respond to queries: Address questions from port agents and service providers. Handle debit balances: Manage and update debit balances, and request refunds if needed.This role is classified as [CUK14] and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Works well in a team: Enjoys helping others and suggesting improvements. Is thorough and accurate: Gathers facts before escalating issues and ensures data is entered correctly. Communicates clearly: Can effectively communicate with global Port Agents and service providers. Has relevant financial training (desirable but not essential).In this role, your unique personal attributes will help you stand out.
