## Postdoctoral Research Fellow Opportunity: Advancing Business Administration Research at UNNC We are thrilled to present a compelling postdoctoral research fellowship opportunity at the newly established Postdoctoral Research Station in Business Administration at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC). This fellowship is designed for individuals eager to make significant contributions to the field of Business Administration, particularly at the intersection of data science, artificial intelligence, and healthcare. You will be at the forefront of developing innovative research, from conceptualization and execution to impactful dissemination.

Key Responsibilities and Growth Opportunities:

What We're Looking For:

This fellowship is ideal for candidates with a strong academic foundation and a passion for applied research. Key qualifications include:

  • Academic Background: A PhD awarded within the last 3 years in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in Python, including libraries like NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Experience with R, MATLAB, or Julia is a significant advantage.
  • Machine Learning Acumen: Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, ensemble methods, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs). Familiarity with Explainable AI (XAI) techniques (e.g., SHAP, LIME) and radiomics is highly preferred.
  • Quantitative Rigor: Proven ability to work with multimodal datasets, perform statistical analysis, and apply predictive modeling and validation techniques effectively.
  • Research & Publication Track Record: A demonstrated ability to critically review existing literature, design rigorous studies, and produce high-quality publications for impactful journals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral English communication skills are essential for presenting complex technical findings clearly. Proficiency in Chinese is a valuable asset. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams is crucial.
  • Practical Experience: Prior hands-on research experience in healthcare, medical imaging, AI applications, or digital innovation will be a strong asset for this particular project.
