Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > SERV OFS PMO & Process Improvement

The Project Management Office (PMO) is a function within Operations Development in Vestas Northern & Central Europe (NCE) Offshore Service. We support our offshore windfarms with the processes and systems they need to carry out daily operations whilst collaborating with wider organization.

Responsibilities:

Developing training materials and conducting training sessions within SAP for our Operations teams Providing post-training support and troubleshooting assistance Assessing our operational processes and making improvements where necessary

Qualifications:

Experience of using SAP in an operational environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Solid language skills (verbal and written) in English

Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Good grasp of business processes Solution oriented, problem solver
