Product Manager CZ&SK - R&I - Fasenra

Join us as a Product Manager in our Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit, where you will manage the commercial strategy for dedicated product brand. This role is an outstanding opportunity to shape the brand planning process and implement marketing activities associated with the brand plans!

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for creating and managing marketing product strategies based on deep therapeutic area and product knowledge. Consolidate sales, access, and medical inputs to build the Brand plan, identifying key business drivers and detailing commercial tactics. Lead regular Brand meetings to monitor product performance and performance indicators. Strong cooperation with commercial sales teams in both markets (CZ and SK). Knowledge of markets specifics. Bring new fresh ideas coming from cross-functional discussion with Medical, Market Access and Sales colleagues. Additionally, you will maintain trustful and mutually beneficial relationships with selected Key external experts within the therapeutic area.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Proven pharmaceutical industry experienceStakeholder management skills (healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders)An understanding of Marketing Planning process, Forecasting, Budgeting, Market Researching as part of cross-functional teamworkTeam player - cross-functional cooperationEssence of adaptability to changes in competitive market conditionsUnderstanding the needs of HCPs, patients and payersAligning activities with brand strategy and business goalsEnglish skills (minimum B2)Driving licenseTherapy Area knowledge is an advantage
