We make health happen You’ll play a key role in the transformation of the dental portfolio to achieve our growth and customer experience ambitions. In this role you will play a part in ensuring the P&L of the dental portfolio delivers value for customers and the business. How you’ll help us make health happen: Support the Senior Product Manager in the transformation of the dental portfolio to achieve our growth and customer experience ambitions Be commercially savvy, help ensure the P&L of the dental portfolio delivers value for customers and the business aligned with AOP targets Expertise on product, market, and competitor performance within the product portfolios Responsible for the dental product, understand how it fits into our wider product portfolio and be the subject matter expert to internal and external customers and stakeholders Understand the external marketplace, legislation, the economic climate and competition and our customer Working with stakeholders across the business, manage all product governance activities including monthly product monitoring and annual product reviews Educate and update front-line teams and maintain contact to obtain feedback that can be used to shape and improve the product and customer experience Measure and monitor performance and implement remedial action as needed Delivering product & process change across the customer journey Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: With an impressive track record of managing financial services products in large organisations, you’re a self-starter with the product management experience to hit the ground running Qualifications or experience in major aspects of the marketing mix, particularly product and service design, both B2B and B2C Customer focused yet commercially savvy, able to make insightful decisions and influence internal and external senior stakeholders Brilliant communication and negotiation skills, strategically minded, and driven by results Capacity to apply different and innovative approaches to solve problems Quick to understand the product, it place in the market and the competitor landscape Experience of influencing decisions at all levels of the organisation Ability to recognise the need for and initiate change, and drive business readiness plans Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
