Now we’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Yacht Coatings team in Felling. If you’re passionate about manufacturing excellence and leading high-performing teams, this is your chance to make an impact.

Job Purpose

As Production Supervisor, you’ll manage daily Yacht production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. You’ll lead a team of manufacturing professionals, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate across functions to deliver on-time, in-full production.

Job Requirements

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet demand and quality targets. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and foster a “Safety First” culture. Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE) to enhance productivity. Lead, coach, and develop the production team to achieve high performance. Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams for smooth operations. Act as Duty Manager and site incident controller as required. Monitor KPIs, compile reports, and recommend process improvements.

About You

Proven experience in manufacturing leadership and people management. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering (desirable). Lean or Six Sigma trained. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize, self-manage, and work under pressure.
