• Oversee the creation and approval of crucial program documentation, including program plans, charters, benefits management plans, stakeholder management plans, and acceptance plans.
• Ensure program plans align with business needs as outlined in program initiation documents and that all stakeholders are identified and engaged.
• Collaborate with Program Sponsors to ensure business case cost-benefit analyses are in sync with strategic business objectives.
• Manage program staffing, monitor commitments, and proactively escalate risks to senior leadership.
• Develop and implement comprehensive program risk management plans.
• Liaise with procurement teams to manage program contracts from creation to closure.
• Identify training and development needs for assigned personnel and contribute to performance evaluations and personnel actions.
• Drive delivery of end results and contribute to budget management, with accountability for resource planning.
• Ensure adherence to essential procedures and contribute to the definition of organizational standards.
• Demonstrate astute risk assessment in business decision-making, prioritizing Citi's reputation, client assets, and regulatory compliance through sound ethical judgment and transparent control issue management.
