What You Will Do:

• Client Satisfaction: Consistently meet and exceed client-defined quality and service level targets, ensuring all operational areas adhere to site and statutory standards through detailed performance metrics.
• Compliance Champion: Drive adherence to all company policies and local statutory obligations, including working time legislation, Health & Safety, and quality standards across the operation.
• Proactive Problem Solver: Address daily operational challenges with efficiency and foresight, particularly those impacting quality and service within your domain, while supporting the Operational Shift Supervisor.
• Safety and Process Integrity: Guarantee the contract's full compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and established company processes.
• Key Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a crucial communication bridge between internal departments and customers, ensuring formal and professional dissemination of information.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Own the creation and delivery of all essential KPI metrics, reports, project data, query reports, and any other operational reporting requirements.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or operational management role.
• Possess excellent organizational skills, enabling effective management of multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate at least 12 months of experience in team leadership, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SAP is considered an advantage.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of Health and Safety practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
