Strong understanding of learning technologies (e.g., Cornerstone LMS), data integrations, and service design. Expertise in governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. Desirable Familiarity with complex integrated enterprise-scale learning technology ecosystems Experience with contract mobilisation and supplier management. What youâll be doing: The Senior Programme Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex programmes and projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards ensuring that the programme is aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives. Project / Programme Management - Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall programme plan. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and other activities as required Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall programme plan. Provide regular progress reports to senior management on the overall programme status. Governance - Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks and issues, and take corrective action as necessary. Ensure that project deliverables meet the agreed quality standards. Ensure that projects are aligned with the strategic goals of the organisation. Leadership - Lead and manage the project team to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Lead, manage and develop the project team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, resources and support to deliver projects successfully. Provide coaching and guidance to team members as required. Stakeholder Management / Client Engagement - Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation.
