About the Role: Leading Commercial Excellence in Advanced Wound Dressings

As the National Commercial Manager, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive ownership of our commercial strategy across the United Kingdom. This dynamic, field-based position demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Commercial Leadership: Providing overarching commercial direction for the AWD division.
  • Growth Identification & Opportunity Development: Proactively identifying new avenues for growth and crafting compelling commercial propositions.
  • Negotiation & Partnership Building: Leading complex negotiations to secure vital agreements and foster long-term, collaborative partnerships.
  • Tender Management: Skillfully shaping and writing tenders to win competitive business opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitoring market trends and adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement services and trade partners.

This role offers a significant degree of autonomy and responsibility, requiring approximately two days per week at our Peterborough office, with the remainder of your time dedicated to travel and client engagement across the UK.
