What you will be doing:

Act as a key point of contact for students and staff related to a designated faculty programme portfolioMaintain an administrative overview of the student journey, from initial enquiry to programme completion, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the student record system (SITS) and other associated systems, including accurate recording of RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning)Instigate and follow-up appropriate support interventions for students within a designated portfolio of programmes, where required. 

Qualifications/ experience:

Experience of working in an administrative roleExperience of using a variety of IT packages to a high standard, including word processing packages, spreadsheets and databasesExperience of working in a team with shared tasks and responsibilities
