About the role:

The School of Management is seeking a dedicated individual to join its undergraduate programmes team. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of high-quality administrative support, ensuring that services are efficient, effective, and responsive to change.

Working collaboratively with colleagues, the role involves supporting the smooth operation of undergraduate programmes, maintaining compliance with University regulations, and developing consistent administrative processes.

About you:

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing deadlines independently. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role requires regular interaction with students, prospective applicants, and academic staff, including handling confidential or sensitive matters with discretion.

The successful post-holder will demonstrate: 
Accuracy and attention to detail : Taking pride in and accountability for your work Strong digital literacy : Comfortable working with systems and records. Excellent organisational skills : Managing multiple tasks and deadlines with ease. Effective communication skills : Comfortable in adapting your approach for students, academic colleagues, and other collaborators.

This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis.
