Key Responsibilities and Advantages:

As an Administrator in the Customer Service Centre, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the home delivery network. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Communication: Engaging with both internal and external customers, providing clear and efficient communication to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Logistics Support: A crucial aspect of this role involves assigning delivery drivers with their routes, demonstrating your ability to manage operational tasks effectively.

The position offers contracted hours of 39 per week with a competitive salary of £27,511.00. A distinctive advantage of this role is its shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off, rotating over an 8-day period.
