This role requires strategic leadership, strong governance, and the ability to deliver a multi-year transformation that integrates treasury data and systems into a single cash flow engine. In addition, the successful candidate will lead Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) improvement projects during 2026, focusing on enhancing interest rate risk reporting and management ahead of the strategic Treasury Transformation Programme in 2027. Day to day responsibilities Lead the end-to-end Treasury Transformation Programme in 2026, ensuring delivery of objectives and landmarks. Create and sustain the programme roadmap, governance framework, and reporting structures. Engage and influence senior colleagues across Treasury, Finance, Technology, and Risk. Oversee design related governance. Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks. Manage programme resources, and financial controls. Drive cultural and operational change to embed new processes and systems. Lead Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) improvement projects in 2026 to strengthen interest rate risk reporting and management. What you’ll need Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes in financial services. Strong knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity management, and risk frameworks. Experience in interest rate risk management and regulatory reporting frameworks. Experience in data and technology integration projects. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage complex governance and regulatory requirements. Strong financial awareness and budget management experience.
