Key Considerations for Candidates:

• Industry Experience: Candidates should possess experience in project development, ideally within the Transmission sector or a closely related industry. Experience in optioneering and initial design phases is crucial for developing optimal project solutions.
• Technical Understanding: While experience in electrical networks and civil works within the Transmission business is beneficial, a strong understanding of project delivery and interface management across multiple technical disciplines is essential.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with CDM Regulations 2015, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and other relevant HSE legislation is a requirement for ensuring safe and compliant project execution.
