We’re hiring for a Project Manager to join our Enterprise Data function in London. Purpose of the Role We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise Data team – a growing department of 40+ passionate colleagues all focused on delivering high-quality operational reporting to our leadership team in Dentsu. This role is central to ensuring that business intelligence (BI) and data initiatives are delivered effectively and with measurable business impact. As Project Manager, you will work closely with BI professionals, data engineers, analysts, and various business stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for managing enterprise-scale data projects using Agile Scrum methodologies, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and project governance. You will be joining a team of 3 other project managers that oversee all the project activities across our deliverables. You will play a central role in our PMO office and work closely to together with your PMO colleagues on improving our governance and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead BI/data project teams using Agile Scrum practices, facilitating ceremonies and promoting iterative delivery plan based on the overall project plan. Deliver projects within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality parameters, with a focus on transparency and accountability. Work cross-functionally with data professionals and business leaders to understand and deliver on reporting needs. Support project sponsors in developing and managing business cases, ensuring benefits are clearly defined, tracked, and realized. Plan and manage project budgets, control costs, and track resource allocation (internal and external). Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks and decision-making structures. Qualifications + Skills Experience of project management experience, ideally in BI, analytics, or enterprise data initiatives. Extensive project management experience with PMI, APM, or Prince methodologies. Experience across a variety of projects i.e. org structure change, tech, data, process change, line management, software migration projects. Experience with cost and resource management. Proven ability to work effectively with function heads and service line COOs. Able to demonstrate strong leadership presence and exceptional communication skills. Passionate about driving change and delivering exceptional project outcomes. What we offer This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a week.
