About the role
The internet is ever changing, and we are looking for a Proposition Manager who thrives in this dynamic market to identify both the current and future business challenges our customers face and clearly articulate the value that we could bring through our Registry and DNS solutions to solve those challenges.
Managing a team of up to 5 Product Managers or Associate Product Managers, you will own one of our propositions and be responsible for creating value for our customers and the business. You will be accountable for the entire Product lifecycle for your proposition, leading and working with your Product Managers to identify new opportunities to add value through product discovery whilst also ensuring they are managing and prioritising the product backlog. You will own key stakeholder relationships with colleagues in engineering, security and customer success to ensure product roadmaps are communicated and understood throughout the business as well as to external stakeholders.
In this role you will be leading, motivating, and developing your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Setting clear objectives, providing support and resources, and ensuring effective communication amongst the team members.

Responsibilties
Strategic Leadership:
Works with Head Of to develop and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for the Proposition Identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable product roadmaps Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, Customer Success, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and execution.
Team Leadership:
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy Align goals with the broader Customer strategy Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of product managers Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to foster their growth and development Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages open communication and experimentation.
Product Management:
Oversee the end-to-end proposition lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond Prioritise product features and functionalities based on customer needs and business objectives Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Customer Focus:
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points Gather and analyse customer feedback to drive product improvements Build strong relationships with key customers and partners

About you and your experience
Previous experience of leading and managing teams Knowledge of the Internet market required Experienced Product Manager having worked in an agile environment and coached others in doing so Strong influencing and inter-personal communication skills Ability to translate complex initiatives into simple terms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail orientated and with a methodical and organised approach Ability to work in and coordinate complex cross functional teams Contribute to budget planning and review.
