The team supports c1.8m customers across ~250 life, pension and investment products. Our Longstanding book is strategically and financially important to Insurance, Pensions & Investments (IP&I) and the wider Group. With a multi-year re-platforming project now completed, the team is focused on evolving our strategy to improve customer experience & outcomes, whilst working in partnership with strategic outsourced suppliers. As a Proposition Manager, youâll be a member of a feature team in the Keeping Customers Safe Lab, part of the newly formed Colleague and Customer Service Platform in IP&I. You will manage the delivery of legal, regulatory and critical change impacting Longstanding products and customers, to ensure compliance with industry regulation and legislation whilst achieving positive customer and business outcomes. Your key accountabilities will include: Partnering with key stakeholders to interpret complex regulatory and legislative changes, ensuring products remain compliant and customers are protected. Leveraging your product expertise and analytical insight to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that balance strategic and commercial priorities. Leading end-to-end implementation of change initiatives. Applying agile methodologies and collaborating closely with Product Owners, Customer Journey Managers and strategic outsourced partners to drive seamless delivery. Embedding a culture of robust risk and control management, ensuring governance excellence in all aspects of change delivery and ways of working. About you Youâll bring: A strong working knowledge of Life, Pensions, and/ or Investment products. A deep understanding of the evolving regulatory and legislative landscape shaping insurance products. Experience delivering change initiatives with a customer-centric mindset, whilst managing multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in shaping and proposing solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Youâll be influencing and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. Additionally, if you have familiarity with agile practices, experience with tools like JIRA and have collaborated with outsourced suppliers then that will be useful too!
