  • Academic Excellence: A post-graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Physics, Engineering) coupled with practical experience in applying statistical models within the credit risk domain is highly desirable.
  • Statistical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of statistical concepts, including regression analysis, reject inference, decision trees, confusion matrix, and cross-validation, will be foundational.
  • Clear Communication: A proven track record of producing high-quality written documentation and presentations, effectively communicating complex results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in numerical programming using R and/or Python is a core requirement.

  • Data Science Fundamentals: Experience in data visualization, data cleaning, and feature extraction will significantly contribute to your success.

Skills That Will Set You Apart:

  • Familiarity with the LaTeX document preparation system.
  • Experience with continuous integration development frameworks (e.g., Teamcity) and source control systems (P4, Git, SVN).

Beyond Technical Skills:

Candidates will also be assessed on critical skills that drive success in this role, including:
