We’re hiring a Feeds & Structured Data Executive Executive to work from our office in London. Introduction Role Purpose Day-to-day management of data feeds across the team portfolio of clients, ensuring successful delivery of product data to Google, Meta and other platforms. Working with clients and Channel teams to understand strategic objectives and drive performance uplift through the execution of optimisation & testing project plans, to the highest of standards. Key responsibilities: Monitor and ensure successful delivery of data feeds for all channel outputs for your assigned clients. Work independently and closely with channel teams and clients to understand their strategic objectives. Develop & execute optimisation and testing project plans to leverage the data feed in order to help achieve them. Develop a high level understanding of how data feed attributes can influence performance in different ways across each channel and actively deploy & develop our channel by channel optimisation best practice. Master the functionality and capabilities of our data feed manipulation tools. Work with client technical contacts to troubleshoot feed issues flagged in our monitoring & maintenance processes Identify opportunities to further develop efficiency and quality control processes Pro-actively identify opportunities to enhance data feed quality (and the subsequent impact on channel performance) across your portfolio of accounts. Take a leading role in client meetings and communicate the complex, technical elements of our work in a clear and easy to understand way to clients and client services . Manage your workload efficiently to deliver required tasks on time and to a high standard. Work with and contribute to the wider Feeds team and the development of our product through proactive involvement in related projects. Skills/Qualifications Demonstrate an advanced understanding of data feeds and their channel specific optimisation both internally and to clients. Detailed, high impact optimisation and testing project plans. Collate and report on feed optimisation A/B test results. Carry out performance impact analysis and quality checks at all stages. Innovate and create solutions to improve data feed quality in line with best practice and to support strategic objectives of clients & channel teams. Provide regular, clear updates on progress, opportunities and challenges to the senior team Professional Skills: An excellent level of problem solving & analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems. Ability to work under pressure, on multiple tasks and with time critical deadlines. Effective when working as part of or leading a team. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders, leading meetings and projects where required Highly literate in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
