About the role:

As a Claims Advocate, some of your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting claim negotiation and settlement on more complex claims.Communicating and managing of the client expectationBuilding client relationships in tandem with Account Executive / Client DirectorSupporting carrier meeting for specific claimIdentifying and reporting of contract drafting problems and errorsSupporting claims data analysis and reportingQuality control of claims information
About you:

Your skills and expertise:

Previous experience in project management and administrationUnderstanding of claims process and insurance industryClaims experience is beneficialHighly focussed on client service and detailExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Good ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPointGood communication skills, both written and oral.
