As a Data & Property Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of core unit and property hierarchy, as well as crucial customer data within the council's systems.   • Supporting Service Charge Management: Ensuring accurate data for effective service charge administration.
  • Facilitating Key Organizational Processes: Contributing directly to processes such as rent reviews and the Statistical Data Return (SDR).
  • Driving Data-Informed Decision Making: Providing the robust data foundation necessary for strong organizational analysis.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicating rent and service charge reviews to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Process Development: Establishing and curating essential processes for property administration and rent reviews.
