Two Research Associate posts are available in the Local Health and Global Profits consortium.

You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team of multidisciplinary researchers working at the cutting edge of public health research.
The roles will be based within the Centre for 21st Century Public Health at the University of Bath.
About the roles
The two posts will work across the project’s work packages (specifically 1, 3 and 5) and involve:
Supporting systems mapping exercises with local authorities Conducting research and updating the evidence base related to systems mapping Leading on development, testing, roll out and evaluation of resources that aim to support local authorities in developing and implementing policies to improve health at local level Supporting implementation of actions to address the wider determinants of health and wellbeing (including commercial factors) at local authority level Synthesising the findings and drawing them together to inform other aspects of LHGPTravel in the UK to conduct research will be required.
Both roles will involve applied public health policy research, including collating and evaluating existing tools, grey literature reviews, and case study evaluations using qualitative or mixed methods. The roles will therefore be varied, providing many opportunities to develop skills in participatory public health methods, as well as wider training.
Opportunities to gain teaching experience will be available should the jobholder be interested. About you

These roles are offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week), fixed term basis with an expected end date of 31/03/2028.
