Job Summary

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for Reward and Performance? We're looking for a highly experienced Reward Manager to join our global HR team and play a pivotal role in shaping, implementing and managing our Reward and Performance strategies – aligning them with business objectives and enhancing our employee experience on a global scale.This is a high-impact role that blends data-driven decision-making, expert advisory, and project leadership across compensation, performance, grading, wellness and executive remuneration.

You'll be the go-to expert for all things Reward – including executive pay and share-based incentives.

This role will require travel to Bristol & London sites

How You'll Contribute

The successful candidate will

Lead Global Reward Strategy – Design and drive global reward processes, salary frameworks and performance initiatives aligned with business goals and HRIS systems. Executive Compensation – Provide subject matter expertise on executive pay, long-term incentive plans, share-based awards, compliance and governance. Global Grading & Job Evaluation – Apply Willis Towers Watson methodology to evaluate roles, facilitate grading discussions and lead on global job architecture. Survey Management & Market Insights – Oversee external benchmarking surveys, analyse data for salary ranges, identify market hotspots, and make strategic recommendations. Reward Cycle Management – Own the end-to-end delivery of annual compensation cycles, including system changes, testing and process improvement in collaboration with Reward Directors. Wellbeing Champion – Lead global wellness initiatives to support health and wellbeing outcomes. Enablement & Education – Develop reward training, resources and toolkits for HR and business leaders. Project Leadership – Drive critical initiatives including EU Pay Transparency, reward governance, analytics and compliance.
What You'll Bring

To help us make a difference, you’ll bring your passion and expertise/ talent for what you do along with the following skills, experience, qualifications and attributes:

Essential:

Strong experience in global Total Rewards, compensation and performance frameworks. Expertise in Executive Compensation and share-based incentive planning. Proven ability to manage and interpret salary/benefit survey data and define salary ranges. Advanced Excel skills; strong proficiency across Microsoft Office. Deep understanding of HRIS/HRIT systems and integration with reward strategies. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience managing benefit vendors and working with self-insured and insured plans. Ability to translate complex data into practical, business-focused solutions.

Desirable:

⦁ Knowledge of Success Factors compensation module and performance module. ⦁ Experience of Power BI. ⦁ Knowledge and experience of Willis Towers Watson compensation philosophy & using and applying their job grading tool. ⦁ In-depth knowledge of global rewards and analysis. ⦁ Experience of benefits and wellbeing initiatives . ⦁ Degree education and/or HR qualification or significant experience in this area. ⦁ Previous experience in a multi-cultural and global matrix organisation. Thorough understanding of the challenges of working across global time zones, languages and cultural differences. ⦁ Knowledge of global regulations and laws related to compensation and benefits. ⦁ Able to develop and deliver training on complex reward processes to diverse audiences.
