Location: Birmingham HS Salary: £35,650 with 27 days annual leave & pension Contract: Full-Time, FTC 12 months

What youll do

If youre a people person, theres lots to love about this role. Day-to-day, below is a small part of what you can expect.

Responsible for leading and developing the P&C Administration team and overall accountable for day to day P&C activity.Partner with the Store Manager as a trusted advisor to support operational decision making across the store.Work closely with the wider Retail Management team to provide trusted advice on the people agenda, process, and best practice in relation to all key areas of HR.Coach and develop the retail management teams to deliver high performance through colleagues who are engaged.Responsible for the governance of people policy, process and practice and adherence to regulatory, legal and compliance requirements in store.Role model the Primark values and behaviours playing a key role in the culture of Primark, creating an environment where we are able to deliver an amazing colleague and customer experience.And much more…
