WHAT TO EXPECT

The Senior Analyst for the IO Digitisation & Innovation ERP Systems gets to oversee deployment of the correct mix of process, data, IT and technology to optimise and standardise bills of material.

The team this role fits into contribute to the development and execution of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) Logistics elements of both the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Strategy.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Drive and facilitate the development of business capability, process maps and clear business requirements to help define process and systems needed to transform JLR’s systems landscape into our global target operating model Facilitate process failure mode effect analysis (PFMEAs), user acceptance testing (UAT), training requirements, ‘go live’ and early life support planning, to aid a flawless launch Provide technical support through thorough systems user testing, problem resolution and user education Support project governance and change management processes by evaluating business cases for change and assessing its impact on all sites / relevant areas of the business Ensure solutions match stakeholder expectations Request project funding and manage project budgets to deliver ERP solutions related to Bll of Materials Develop reporting metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to ensure business processes are performing effectively, enable controlled process improvement and manage the progress of an implementation

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience working with SAP ERP related to Bill of Material Experience of defining operational processes, business capabilities or IT requirements Knowledge of driving process improvement activities or managing change Ability to read, understand and use metrics to drive change The ability to effectively network, engage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders
