Position: Senior ERP Business Analyst Duties: Responsible for supporting the initial design and implementation of the SAP modules, as well as continued support for enhancements and upgrades. Design and develop interfaces, forms, and data conversions as needed. Own the design, build, and test of technical architecture components and solutions, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms. Manage SOX compliance reporting and processes within the SAP application. Manage segregation of duties (SOD), comprehensive reporting, and processes for ERP technical requirements. Ensure that these requirements meet the established business requirements and performance goals and that the technical direction is consistent with the long-term direction. Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the native SAP technical architecture/solution to guide minimal custom configurations and ensure long-term maintainability. Review and integrate application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operation requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements for the development, test, and production environments. Review application and technical architecture deliverables throughout development to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirement traceability. Education Required: Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields. Experience Required: 5 years progressive experience in the job offered or related occupations.
