Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage the Change Management lifecycle (Request, Assess, Authorise, Schedule, Implement, Review). • Evaluate change requests for risk, impact, and urgency; ensure appropriate classification and prioritisation. • Coordinate and chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (eCAB) meetings. • Ensure proper communication of change schedules and impacts to relevant stakeholders. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure that changes are implemented effectively with minimal disruption. • Monitor and report on change activity performance using KPIs and metrics. • Maintain and improve the Change Management policy, process, and supporting tools. • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements as related to change controls. • Lead continual service improvement efforts for the Change Management process. Required Qualifications and Experience: • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification (Advanced ITIL certifications are a plus). • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in an IT Change Manager or similar role. • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices. • Experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Jira Service Management). • Solid grasp of infrastructure and application technologies and environments. • Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment (e.g., ISO, SOX, GDPR). Key Skills and Competencies: • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple changes simultaneously and under pressure. • Attention to detail and a structured approach to work. • Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and service excellence.
