What the day will look like

The key role of the Senior Growth Manager is to work consultatively with teams across Aon to deliver workforce transformation for our clients.

 

Working alongside a team of experienced I/O Psychologists and Human Capital consultants, you will be given the unique opportunity to use psychology to develop data-led solutions and drive strategic workforce change in the ever-growing and competitive UK Market.

Day to day, this includes:
To manage a portfolio of strategic UK accounts – these might have a global aspect too, so expect to collaborate with global account leadsCRM and pipeline management, accurate forecasting of opportunities and management of your account portfolioBuilding and maintaining relationships with new and existing clientsActively creating opportunities to get the Aon Assessment message into the market e.g., through meetings, events, webinars, information networks and media channelsUnderstanding the competitive landscape and help us differentiate how we communicate our offersCollaborating with colleagues across Aon to deliver on our Aon United strategyMaintaining accurate sales pipeline data, tracking opportunities and updating contacts within our CRMManaging the timeline delivery of sales documents when activating new projectsSupporting the wider sales team with expertise when creating solutions. An agile and dynamic working environment that is friendly, fun and collaborativeTrust and respect in an inclusive working environmentOpenness to travel across the UK when and where neededTo share your expertise with the wider commercial team and develop your own skill set
Attributes that will lead to success

This is a strategic role requiring a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.

Knowledge of and experience in selling into HR buyers - ideally talent assessment and development solutions within the FSTE 250A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and ability to cope with ambiguity is essentialA good team player who enjoys working with a multi-cultural, likeminded team, who is collaborativeGrowth mindset, with a willingness to learnResourceful and result-oriented approachA people-oriented person with proven client development and relationship management experienceEffective communication is key and that means listening carefully, challenging in the right way, plus influencing and persuading HR buyersCareer-driven and a strong desire to grow with the business
