This role will provide professional leadership for business analysis skills, tools, methods, processes and resources. Role Overview The primary purpose of the Senior IT BA role is to support and lead the implementation of business change projects that utilise information systems and technologies and deliver sustained improvement to the quality, performance, or efficiency of our services. This applies to whole systems and process change from the analysis of current processes to the design of future processes and the change initiatives required to ensure adoption and usage by our people. How youâll help us make health happen: Ensuring ITIL service transition techniques are used to deliver successful implementation of all aspects of the service. Collaborate with heads of services, stakeholders, system owners and technical teams to determine the financial, business, and operational requirements and goals for specific projects Work in collaboration with the leadership team to verify the efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and processes as part of digital transformation journey and develop strategies for improving them. Design methods to improve User Experience (UX) - this involves the design of the entire process of acquiring and integrating a new product/service, including aspects of design, usability and function before delivered to the users. Support Testing and ensure that User Acceptance Testing is hand in hand with the business requirements Support product owners in developing roadmaps. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role 5 yearsâ experience in Business analyst Experience in Merges and Acquisitions Healthcare background preferred â hospital and secondary care Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts Experience in procurement activity regarding large scale contracts and management of external suppliers Excellent understanding of best practice business analysis methodologies and process mapping and requirements definition and management Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
