People Analytics Senior Consultant – London (hybrid) - Fixed Term Contract (1 year)
People Analytics uses data and analytics to help client understand trends in their workforce and how they relate to business performance. This is an emerging and fast growing area of analytics: we leverage our vast database of proprietary datasets and work with our clients data to answer questions such as: how do I acquire the best people? How and where should I deploy them? How do I develop and retain my best talent? How do I drive growth and business performance?

As a People Analytics Consultant, your skills and experience will ideally include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Statistics, or related fieldRelevant work experience in corporate and/or consulting related to HR or Business Analytics (Talent/Human Capital Analytics preferred).Expert knowledge of major HR functions and strong experience connecting HR metrics to business results preferredDeep expertise in statistical modelling techniques and analytics technologiesGood understanding of advanced data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or PowerBI) and analytical "story telling" to present data in a way that's insightfulExperience working with large-scale workforce datasets using data manipulation tools such as Python or R preferredIntellectual curiosity, innovation, passion, speed and resilience in dealing with dataStrong verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environmentThis role is part of the People Analytics group offering consulting services to clients around the globe. As a member of this team and Aon’s broader Human Capital Solutions business, you will use your analytical and business skills to drive the conversation with our clients by articulating compelling and engaging data-driven stories. You will have direct involvement in, and leadership of, client engagements, support the business development process, and you will contribute to building our intellectual property.
