Senior Relationship Outsourcing Manager Location: London, Norwich, York or Bristol based Salary circa £80,000 (national) circa £90,000 (London) - depending on experience and location Are you someone who thrives in a leadership role, excels at managing teams, and has a passion for optimising outsourcing services? A bit about the job: This role is pivotal in managing a team responsible for the operational delivery of a portfolio of clients. You will ensure that outsourcing services are delivered in line with service delivery agreements, internal policies, and relevant regulations. You will oversee the development of policies and procedures, manage key relationships, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives. Your strategic guidance will be crucial in identifying outsourcing opportunities, conducting vendor selection, and negotiating contracts and SLAs.
